BenchFit® Workout DVD I
Beginner - Intermediate Workout
20 minutes in length.
This is a series of 20 precision moves with the spine held in a “neutral” position. Neutral spine exercises promote an awareness of head, neck, and low back posture, and are safer for beginner to intermediate exercises than workouts involving rotation, bending or arching. The true core muscles are cued to perform, with synchronized breathing, and special tips are provided in the DVD and Book to engage the kegels, or pelvic muscles, to stabilize and control posture. Performing BenchFit I will improve and build lean muscle, burn fat, tone and sculpt, and add functional power for lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking.
