BenchFit® Workout DVD II

Intermediate - Advanced Workout
20 minutes in length.

BenchFit II is an intermediate to advanced workout of twenty motions with free weights for the upper body, and optional cuff weights for the lower body. All the exercises link core control with the challenge of motion in a variety of planes, including rotations. For example, the bench press is performed as a warm up with the back flat, and then with a small range abdominal crunch, and then with diagonal punches.
